There are two (2) Florida styled single storey homes on the property ready for sale and occupancy. They consist of three (3) bedrooms, three and a half (3½) bathrooms with laundry room and two car garage. These model homes are located on lots number two and three (please see interactive layout of property on ‘Lots” page). For your convenience a construction team is on location ready to build your dream home using your own plan or one theirs. We are very environmentally friendly and have integrated solar and other energy conserving technology throughout the property. We are located in the lush green hills of St Mary and we try our best to stay green.
